For over a decade, my world revolved around fitness. I worked with and for some of the biggest names in the industry and built a global community rooted in movement and mindset. I dedicated myself to helping people “be their best,” physically, mentally, relentlessly.

But here’s the truth: I was out of alignment.

The deeper I went into mainstream wellness, the more disconnected I felt. I kept trying to sneak my intuition into the room, guiding clients through energy, not just reps. Coaching with a witch’s touch, you might say. But it always felt like I was dressing up my truth instead of living it.

In 2020, my dad passed away. I was cracked wide open.

I was abruptly reminded of her—the little girl who just “ knew “ things. The one bold enough to stand alone in the unconventional. The girl who always felt more at home with magik than metrics.

So I started shedding what no longer fit and listening to the voice I’d spent years brushing aside. I reconnected with the part of me that always knew how to shift people, not just through sweat but through soul.

I dove headfirst into the deeper workings of spirit and cosmic connection: Tarot, Oracle cards, channeling, crystals, Reiki healing. What began as curiosity turned into real tools. What once felt like blind faith became a rock-solid supernatural skillset.

Today, I stand fully in my power. A cosmic truth teller with one foot in the stars and one firmly on the ground.

I’m a certified life coach, psychic medium, and Reiki healer. An evolved basic witch - think ancient witchy wisdom meets everyday girl realness - with a well-worn passport between the mystical and the messy.

Over the past few years, I’ve used my spiritual gifts to help hundreds get unstuck and get real, whether they’re navigating breakups, grief, career changes, identity crises, burnout, or that quiet, aching “what now” feeling. I help people come home to themselves. To remember who they are, what they’re worth, and how limitless they’ve always been.

I guess you could say I was never really in the wrong business. I just learned how to truly listen to what my soul’s purpose was asking of me.
